Visiting GEIA AS

GEIA AS, in collaboration with the power company JP Elektroprivreda BiH, signed an agreement for the pilot project to test Norwegian-developed and groundbreaking technology specifically designed to replace polluting coal directly. The pilot project will be conducted at ‘s largest coal-fired power plant in the city of Tuzla.

In addition to significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions, establishing state-of-the-art production facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina will create many new jobs in a forward-looking industry.

On this occasion, delegations from the Norwegian Embassy in Sarajevo and NBBA – Norway BiH Business Association visited TE Tuzla and attended the signing ceremony.
